Computer geeks created virus to create money, because people buy anti-virus software. Computer viruses is easy to pass, without us even noticing it, it can be passed from emails, spam emails, using pen drives, CD ROMs and floppy disk without checking if it has virus or if the computer has virus.

School computers has a virus checking software to be sure no viruses can affect the data and files, you can lose all your work. Firewalls are used to prevent viruses being downloaded from unreliable websites and also emails.

When pupils bring pen drives, CD ROMs and floppy disk, the teacher checks it first in their computer, so they can check if it contains any viruses, if it contains viruses the school will refuse and if it doesn’t then the pupil can use that pen drive at school. Teachers have to update their virus checker from time to time.

I typed “Batman” in Google’s search engine, I clicked on a certain website that sounds like it has useful information that can help me write my book o copy some images for my book. When I clicked on that certain link, it didn’t work, this popped up on the computer screen “Forbidden Request”, because the schools server blocked it. If I really wanted to access and its necessary for me to access that certain website I would have to ask the school technician to unblock the website. Or I can just find other websites or seek information in books.
